Erving FiberClay™ is licensed by:

State of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection and the State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services for use as barrier layer for landfill closures and to manufacture topsoil for use as the final or "vegetative" cover for landfill closures, and for the reclamation of sand and gravel mines. Erving FiberClay has been used as the barrier layer for the closure of twelve landfills totaling 62.2 acres. The FiberClay has been used to manufacture topsoil for use in the closure of seven landfills totaling 70.2 acres. FiberClay has also been used for the reclamation of three sand and gravel mines in Massachusetts.
